Since launching our Temporary Staffing Solutions program in late 2014, the Millionair Club Charity has seen many benefits for both our workers and employers.
In 2015 alone, we’ve welcomed more than 700 men and women into our supportive employment program, sent them out on more than 900 work assignments and placed 142 workers into permanent jobs. This would not be possible without the 1,000 employers we’ve worked with in the past year and wish to continue to work with in 2016.
Starting on January 1, 2016, the Millionair Club Charity’s Temporary Staffing Solutions will be increasing bill rates for customers to comply with Seattle’s Minimum Wage Ordinance, which mandates a minimum wage of $12.00 per hour.
